The Pulse of Real Estate in the Bayou QTR1/2017

First quarter 2017 was a selling frenzy in SWLA.  Homes sells increased by 13% compared to first quarter 2016.  New listings could not keep up and so we saw a decrease in available homes of 16% and from a 10 month supply of inventory to 8 months.
